As part of the Merchant & Partnership Activation team, you will play a key role in driving our marketing sponsorships in support of business outcomes. In this role you will help deliver exciting marketing programs that align with consumer passion points and generate compelling content that creates an emotional connection. This work will have a measurable impact on our brand and business. Ultimately you are a doer, with high drive and strong sense of accountability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support activation of sponsorships and partnerships that will reach and connect with consumers through their passion points.
  • Lead activation across the organization to create experiences that will drive consumer, b2b, enterprise, employees and community objectives.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact with the partner, lead weekly agendas, monthly reviews and executive level report outs.
  • Execute flawlessly by aiding campaign development and executional support including media briefings, creative production, influencer programs and all other aspects of campaign management. 
  • Partner with analytics and finance to ensure all campaigns are accurately measured and deliver on the business goals, establishing clear KPIs, an agile learning agenda and best practices.  
  • Innovative thinker, who challenges status quo and seeks to build test and learn agenda to increase impact of our sponsorships.
  • As needed, will support the activation of additional vertical marketing programs within the team.

Keys Skills/Experience

  • Experience developing and executing sponsorship campaigns with creative, media agencies
  • Creative, high energy with a passion for sports/gaming/lifestyle marketing
  • Fluent in content marketing strategies and platforms
  • Analytical with experience in marketing attribution
  • Work within tech and global corporations a plus
  • Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations. 
  • Strong presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Solution oriented and can effectively resolves conflicts
  • Takes and outside in perspective and actively shares best practices and ideas within the team
  • Builds trust and effective relationships with peers
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment. 
  • Experience with marketing partnerships and co-creating content with partners, understanding of the nature of co-marketing a plus
