Reporting to the Head of Commercial Growth, the position of Commercial Growth Intern (DEATCH) is responsible for supporting the team in driving insights, strategic decision making, resource allocation, internal communication and performance monitoring.

Another important facet of the role is the development and execution of regional strategic projects and cross-functional programs. This is an analytical and also highly collaborative role, working with teams throughout the organization to run these projects. Everything you do will be focused on accelerating growth and ensuring progress in key projects for the region.

The role will be based in Berlin (Dreilinden office). Occasional travel may be required.


  • You will be involved in one key project at a time, where you will own clearly defined workstreams and perform PMO activities
  • You will gather market intelligence, analyse internal and external data, derive insights and prepare presentations for global stakeholders & regional leadership
  • You will support the regional GM in educating international colleagues about the German market and clarify local particularities

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, IT from a leading university or similar
  • First hands-on work experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking or other relevant internship (Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Analytics) in a fast-paced organization
  • Good storytelling skills, Powerpoint, excel modelling
  • Interest in e-commerce, payments and running an international business
  • Strong communicator, good at building networks and relationships
  • Fluent English and German required

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL, Tableau and programming skills a plus
