The Operational Excellence (OE) Analyst will support Global Collections with initiatives to mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process excellence. This position will work closely with internal partners such as the Legal, Product Development, Compliance, Collections QA, Operations, and Training teams utilizing the established OE framework and operating model. Driving operational efficiencies, creating/updating SOP’s/Policies, analyzing/interpreting data trends, excellence in execution, interpersonal/organizational communication, and protecting the brand are key proficiencies in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage organization communications including urgent messenger
  • Identify and drive revisions for current procedures (streamlining)
  • Proactively review Collections regulatory key components, gaps
  • Identify, catalog, and prioritize risks
  • Provide remediation support
  • Own and drive key projects to completion, meeting deadlines
  • Ensure effective communication and partnership with all business partners for seamless project implementation/process/policy updates
  • Drive and implement process changes
  • Build and maintain impeccable credibility with partners
  • Deploy OE methodologies to identify problem statements, provide analysis, and determine most efficient solutions
  • Project management for crucial business implementations
  • Field questions from business partners
  • Update the Collections Leader Zone Site as required
  • Manage Policies/Standards across all Collections products

Requirements:

  • Process documentation and governance experience, including updating/creating SOP’s - Preferred
  • 3+ years of Collections experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience coordinating projects- Preferred
  • Experience managing SharePoint Site- Preferred
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and publishing reports/data- Preferred
  • Business Acumen
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines
  • Effectively facilitate presentations
  • Ability to collaborate with management and business partners
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills
