The PayPal Customer Experience & Technology (CE&T) organization is looking for a technical and customer-facing professional to join the PayPal Marketing Solutions (PPMS) team. This individual will lead successful deployments of the Jetlore personalization software and manage all technical aspects of implementation with our mid-market and large enterprise customers, providing guidance, consultation, and best practices during and after integration. The Integration Analyst will work closely with PayPal’s sales and engineering teams to drive successful applications of the personalization software within customer environments, and will own the relationship with technical teams on an ongoing basis.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with fast, innovative thinking skills, exceptional technical skills, and a solid business acumen. As the Client Integration Analyst , we look for you to use your technology and business intelligence to help merge the multitude of APIs and experiences to create solutions our consumers and merchants will love. You will interface and work closely with our customers, partners or merchants, and key internal stakeholder teams such as Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Identity, etc. to address specific integration requirements, new product features, and help shape our documentation and developer experience. Travel requirements are minimal.


  • Lead successful personalization implementations in client ecommerce platforms, working in collaboration with customer and internal sales and engineering resources
  • Develop and ensure customers implement optimal methods, strategies and processes within time and budget guidelines
  • Manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and effective use of the personalization platform
  • Identify technical, performance, and product usage issues and proactively communicate with customers about best practices
  • Work closely with engineering teams to manage and resolve technical issues for each customer
  • Cooperatively work with the management team to provide feedback about customer needs and future product and automation opportunities 
  • Spend a majority of time confirming and gathering business requirements, project managing the development of merchant code and internal PayPal support teams, debugging merchant code, and validating working code against use cases.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minor in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with internet and mobile technologies and programming languages(HTML, CSS, Javascript skills) and ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, making points concisely
  • Customer-focused and relationship builder
  • Problem-solver mindset. Focus on outcome over output.Results-oriented
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations executing high quality results in fast paced environments
  • Experience in performing quantitative analysis is a plus
  • Finance and marketing technology knowledge & experience preferred
