A typical set of Job Responsibilities
Organize work according to current priorities and utilize project management skills to report status on a defined set of goals
Cleanse and manipulate large datasets using MS Excel and database programs
Use tools to bulk download documents from DocuSign, Salesforce, organize, reconcile, and prepare files for metadata extraction
Organize, zip, encrypt and transfer large numbers of contract files to vendor for bulk metadata extraction
Perform quality review of extracted bulk data in prescribed formats and communicate to vendor any necessary corrections
Download reference data from Salesforce and use to convert raw contract data into contract record & file mappings and bulk load into Salesforce
Support internal integrations developer and vendors in requirements, design and testing of application interfaces
Support requirements, design, configuration & testing activities for a new contract management implementation for a PayPal subsidiary
Documentation of requirements, design and process flows for Contracts workstream initiatives and Salesforce enhancements
Build reports to support rollouts of new Contracts initiatives and key enhancements
Support roadmap activities by identifying opportunities through analysis of current processes, application functionalities
Support daily and weekly calls with internal IT team, Legal and other partners to review progress on initiatives, enhancements, and defect resolution
Required Experience
Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills
Ideally, knowledge of Salesforce administration or certification
Expert in MS Excel and Access or other database programs used to query and manipulate large data sets
Strong data management and analysis skills including organizing, analyzing, harmonizing, transforming, and manipulating
Technical documentation creation, mappings / requirements, designing and testing layered architectures
Business Analyst experience evaluating and identifying process improvements, application enhancement opportunities
Testing methodologies (TDD, BDD), tools & frameworks
Agile mindset, SCM/Dev Ops/CI-CD tools & processes
Good knowledge of architecture patterns for Security, Data and Applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Multi-year development experience in Agile environments; working in Engineering, Product and Platform thinking teams
Nice to have Skills/Experience
Corporate contracting process experience
Procurement or Sales contract domain, process, and technology experience
Apttus front end and backend experience a plus
Salesforce front end and backend experience a plus
2+ years of experience programming in Java, Apex or other Java derivative
2+ years of experience writing SQL queries or variation (e.g, SOQL used in Salesforce)
Knowledge in setting up & managing Big Data processing pipelines
Data migration experience, particularly into Salesforce a strong plus
Merger & Acquisition (M&A) knowledge as it relates to Contracts
Education
Bachelor’s degree in technology (information technology, engineering, computer science or similar)
