SPECIFIC DUTIES
Support full order to cash process for new entities and PayPal Billing adjacencies (Full AR process: issue invoices, AR aging analysis, manage and coordinate external and internal stakeholders to resolve open aging, answer customer queries, relay/report to other PayPal departments)
Project manage key RTB enhancement projects improving the customer experience
Support business stakeholders with onboarding strategic merchants or partners to gross settlement billing
Track and manage revenue assurance for all global billing portfolios, delivering on key metrics, partnering with internal stakeholders to remove barriers to payments.
Periodically analyze data and report on metrics
Partner with global controllership to ensure financial due diligence of billing portfolios
Confirm proper treatment and compliance with policies of all billing and payment transactions
Maintain process documentation, as needed
Analyze complex payment or billing issues and effectively solve problems. Identify risks and issues
The ideal individual will become a billing processing expert with a solid understanding of all payment and billing tools, activities and processes
REQUIRED PERFORMANCE
Meet or Exceed expectations level for all specific duties outlined above.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of billing and payments processes and the PayPal business products, transactions, systems and related accounting process flows. Understand the accounting implications from the transaction level, to the reconciliation level and then up to the general ledger of various money movement accounts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS Degree; MBA preferred
5-7 years relevant work experience in billing and payments operations, systems process design and/or OE roles required, including experience in high volume, complex general ledger reconciliations
Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module
Experience with Amdocs Kenan billing system
Significant skills/experience in analytics and process management
Natural facilitator and change agent
3 - 4 years project management experience
Experience working with cross –functional and international teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Experience working with complex, multi-system environments including data extraction and interfaces
System and process architecture, troubleshooting, reengineering and mapping
E-commerce and payments industry experience a plus
