The Growth Lab is a key driver of our new Marketing organization, operating under the mantra of data driven programs that combine the forces of data, product, channel and content to accelerate our customer portfolio. This is a team of highly specialized experts from Growth marketers, Growth Analytics, Channel Specialists, Channel Activation and Optimization SMEs. We think of failure as part of the process – optimize and repeat. We experiment at high speed; to enable quick progress through short sprint cycles. Growth Squads The primary purpose of the squads is to create new value for the business through hypothesis led iterative test and learn programs that move core metrics, solve customer problems and create new levers & channels to drive customer growth and revenue. The team will operate in a highly cross-functional collaborative approach, bringing together product, creative lab, marketing tech and operations teams to deep dive into unsolved customer problems to unlock value and deliver customer and business benefits.

The B2B Growth Manager will be responsible for development for program design within B2B Growth Squads:

Responsibilities

  • Develop hypothesis against key funnel metrics increasing frequency of usage, reducing churn and improving retention.
  • Partner with Growth Analytics team to uncover user insights, create the experimentation roadmap and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with creative Lab to develop campaign assets that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Work with our channel expert teams and global ops team to build and execute programs across all channels
  • Create and optimize segmentation and content personalization strategies by leveraging RFM, LTV, demographics and user behavior / preference.
  • Work closely with product teams to create a seamless user journey
  • Drive value through fully automated decision engines via our marketing technologies
  • Understanding of contextual marketing and ability to leverage this within a growth environment.
