We are looking for experienced Product Managers in our Los Angeles Arts District headquarters to help shape and scale a growing portfolio of products.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support our Global Expansion team within the larger Product Growth team at Honey. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an interest in tackling difficult problems, the ability to break them down to their root causes, and the initiative to collaborate with others to solve them. This candidate should be customer-obsessed while also being able to weigh partner and business objectives. You will work closely with a Lead Product Manager leading teams of engineers, product designers, and analysts to implement new languages across Honey’s platforms, create a plan for continuous optimization of existing languages, and create as well as measure impact throughout the Honey experience globally.

In addition, we expect all Associate Product Managers at Honey to:

  • Use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions
  • Understand the “why” behind everything we do and instill that understanding across the teams you work with
  • Serve as a communication hub and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the ecosystem of Honey products
  • Have a deep awareness, respect, and empathy for what we ask of our users and the value we provide them in return
  • Break down features into detailed and logical pieces and convert to engineering-ready requirements

We’re looking for candidates with

  • Passion for Honey, our users, and scaling our unique experience globally
  • 0-2 years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing products globally, or 3+ years experience in a strategy, analytics, and/or business operations role responsible for global expansion
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate findings from complex data with an interest in using data science in practical applications
  • Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire technical and non-technical teams, a knack for simplifying complexity, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing
  • A natural, deep curiosity that drives you to learn, investigate, and constantly ask why
  • The ability to think out of the box when it comes to generating ideas, but an understanding that execution is what ultimately matters
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for moving quickly and iterating rapidly
  • Fluency in two or more languages is a plus
