As the Account-Based Marketing Technology & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for assembling a best-in-class marketing tech stack for PayPal that drives customer value, revenue, and marketing attribution. We are looking to create a repeatable, predictable, scalable revenue engine that enables the Enterprise sales and account-based marketing teams to run coordinated omnichannel campaigns. You'll oversee the strategy and day-to-day management of our ABM MarTech stack.


  • You have experience with B2B account-based marketing and demand generation. You’re well versed in the strategies, tactics and technology used to guide prospects and customers through the funnel.

  • Create a vision for our ‘ideal state’ and a MarTech roadmap with a phased approach (crawl, walk, run) to achieve our ‘ideal state’.
  • Assess our MarTech stack to identify gaps and opportunities to better integrate our existing toolset.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our stack including architecture guidance, administration, and integration of additional platforms.
  • Manage associated 3rd party vendors including evaluations, vetting, negotiation, onboarding, infosec approvals, integrations & management.
  • Work closely with ABM, sales operations, vendors, IT, and Information security to support a high-performance ABM engine.
  • Develop reporting standards for all marketing-created activities and outcomes. Includes using reporting campaign effectiveness and ROI to identify pipeline growth opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Acquire new skills/capabilities by monitoring consumer trends, attending workshops, joining professional groups and mentoring others in ABM & MarTech methodologies.
  • Document processes and procedures for marketing workflows, processes, and processes in our Wiki.


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience deploying/implementing marketing technology
  • B2B Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation or lead generation experience
  • Strong proficiency in modern marketing technology:
    • CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
    • ABM tech (e.g. 6sense, Engagio, Terminus, Demandbase, Lattice Engines)
    • Data platforms (e.g. 6sense, CDP, DMP)
    • Intent Data (e.g. Bombora, Aberdeen, Intensity)
    • Marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, ExactTarget, Alyce, PFL, Sendoso)
    • Personalization (e.g. Uberflip, Drift, Optimizely, Path Factory)
